• 200 g dark chocolate 64% cocoa

• 110 g butter

• 220 g of powdered sugar

• 3 c. flour

• 6 egg yolks

• 6 egg whites

• 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

For Chocolate cake

1: Melt the chocolate in the microwave. When it is melted, add the butter pieces and mix well.

2: Add powdered sugar and flour, mixing well.

3: Add the egg yolks.

4: Preheat oven to 180 ° C (gas mark 6).

5: Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they are very firm and add slowly to the mixture.

6: Pour into a mold previously buttered and floured.

7: Bake your cake in the oven about 20 minutes.
