The daily care
The skin of your hands over the years get dry. Too much washing and cleaning without gloves accelerate this process. Use the best cream soap or a detergent oil that supplies your skin with moisture. Wash your hands with lukewarm water at best, only hot water dries out.
With a soft nail brush to rub away dead skin cells. But be careful: Do not overdo it with the scrub and you do not rely only on alternate days for this helper.
After each wash, you maintain skin and nails with a rich cream. Do not forget: To stop lines and pigmentation problems and above all to avoid skin cancer, use a hand cream with a minimum sun protection factor of 25
Treat yourself to an exfoliating
Pamper your hands and nails once a week with a scrub. You can even mix one teaspoon of sugar with a teaspoon of olive oil and gently massage into the skin. The cuticle directly and do not forget to exfoliate. Then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and apply cream on your hands and nails.
